Shipping policy
In this policy, we set out details of the delivery methods, durations, and charges that apply to product orders made through our website, email, or any form of Social Media (e.g., Instagram, Whatsapp, Facebook).
We deliver to most countries worldwide.
We may sometimes not find a suitable courier company to deliver our products to you safely if you live in a remote area or territory. In such a case, the order will be canceled and fully refunded after we inform you by email.
Shipping Method & Times
Our jewelry is made on-demand within 7 to 14 days from the date you place an order.
Our delivery partner are DHL or Quiqup. Once an order is shipped, it will have the following transit time:
(a) If your delivery address is in the UAE, your order will arrive within 1 to 2 working days.
(b) If your delivery address is abroad (all countries except UAE), your order will arrive within 3 to 5 working days.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are Free for order over 1500 aed for all UAE orders. For international orders (all countries except UAE), shipping charges will apply to your product during the checkout process on our website. Please note that custom taxes and duties fees incurred in your country upon arrival are to be paid by the customer (the following fees are variable by country & taxes)
Shipment Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your order.
Receipt and Signature
You must receive your order at the delivery address and provide a signature. Suppose you are not at the recipient's address at the delivery time. In that case, a courier representative will give you a call or email you to reschedule the delivery for a convenient time. If there are several failed delivery attempts, the courier service will return the parcel to our registered office address: (list address)
We will charge you for applicable shipment return costs, taxes, and duties incurred in this case.
